Primary 2012

Today was technically our first day of church in 2012, since last week we were at Cameron and Bree's baby blessing. This year we are on the 1:00 schedule which has some cons, but it is actually my favorite schedule because we have so much time in the morning. I wanted to jot down a few things about how the kids' first day in their new classes went.

Devin is one of the big shot big kids in nursery now. Even though he has a late birthday, he is a 2009 baby so that means this is his LAST year in nursery. Kind of makes me sad and I can't believe next year he will be a Sunbeam! Even with the 1:00 schedule, he did great today. Most every kid in nursery cried the whole time, but not Moo. Every time I peeked in on him he was pushing his cars around on the floor going "VROOM VROOOM".
Lauren is a CTR4 and has Sister Dowdy for a teacher. She is very happy that her best friends are in her class again this year!

Hailey is a CTR5 and has Brother Watts for a teacher. He wasn't there today but I know she will love him because he is a great teacher.

This is a big year for Ethan because he is getting BAPTIZED!! When I was the Primary President, I had a special place in my heart for the CTR7 class because they all got baptized that year. Ethan is in Brother Fox's class and of course he is happy about that. As soon as church was over he came running out with a scripture reading incentive paper and he was adamant that we get crackin' on family scripture reading. This is going to be a great year!
