On Friday Aunt Kara took the kids to a cupcake bakery. It's a pretty neat place where you can take kids and they can have a tour and then decorate their own cupcakes. They had a blast and I had a little down time to get housework done while Lauren napped. Perfect for all of us! Kara brought Cody and me some cupcakes and oh my...let me just say they are not your every day cupcakes. They are like cupcakes on steroids! One of these snowy days this winter I will take the kids back out there. That will make a great indoor activity that will taste yummy also!

What a fun idea...I never think about "field trips" with the kids. We'll have to meet up for one soon. I have the google reader too and it's nice, but I do wish you could comment on that site. I love reading yours and reminiscing!
